Wedding Venue Transfers in Cape Town: Ceremony, Reception & Hotels

Wedding transport enquiry

On a wedding day, the hardest part of transport is the moving in between: from getting ready to the ceremony, from the ceremony to photos, from photos to the reception, and at the end of the night, back to the hotels. A private driver who knows the plan keeps the day on time.

Who we drive on the day

A typical venue-to-venue plan

Every wedding is different. This is an example of how a day is often planned; send us yours and we’ll fit around it.

  1. 1 Morning: family pickups from hotels to the getting-ready venue.
  2. 2 Before the ceremony: the couple’s car arrives early, so there is a calm buffer before the drive to the ceremony.
  3. 3 After the ceremony: the couple to the photo location; guests on to the reception venue.
  4. 4 Reception: the couple joins the guests at the reception venue.
  5. 5 End of the night: guest runs back to their hotels and guesthouses, in an order agreed beforehand.

Questions about venue transfers

Can you drive the couple and also run guest transfers on the same day?

Tell us your timings and guest numbers. Andre will tell you honestly what he can cover, and whether a second driver-guide from the team is needed.

How many guests fit in one trip?

Andre drives a Hyundai H1 with 8 seats. For bigger groups, ask on WhatsApp or email and we’ll tell you what is possible for your date.

Do you drive to venues outside Cape Town?

Yes: Cape Town, the coast, and venues around Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Paarl.

How is it priced?

Wedding transport is quoted on WhatsApp, because every wedding has different venues, timings and guest numbers.
